Registration fees and conditions

Registrations from April 1 to May 15 2025:

- Full rate, with AFLS membership: 180 € (with proof of membership) [To join AFLS click here]

- Full rate, without AFLS membership: €210

- Reduced rate, with AFLS membership: 120 € (Student with copy of student card + proof of AFLS membership)  [To join AFLS click here]

- Reduced rate, without AFLS membership: 150 € (Student with copy of student card)

Late registration fees between May 15 and June 30 2025:

- Full rate with AFLS membership: €200

- Full rate without AFLS membership: €230

- Reduced student rate with AFLS membership: 140 € (Student with copy of student card)

- Student rate without AFLS membership: 170€ (Student with copy of student card)

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday and a welcome cocktail on Tuesday evening. Please note that registration fees must be paid by all co-authors attending the conference.

Gala dinner on Wednesday evening (not included in the registration fee): €60

This meal will take place in an establishment on the Grand-Place, on the 1st evening of the Ommegang festivities (https://www.ommegang.be/). Registration for the meal is only open until 20 June.
